How we checked, and what the check does not prove
We read the public car lists of three Tashkent rental companies in October 2026. None of them listed the Zeekr 9X, Zeekr 009, Zeekr 001, Lixiang L7, Leapmotor C16, Tesla Model Y, BMW i3, i4 or i5, Porsche 911 Targa, Ford Mustang Cabriolet, Mercedes-Benz G-Class, Mercedes-AMG GT or Toyota Alphard. One of them listed a Lixiang L9. Websites often show only part of a fleet, so this is not proof that nobody else offers these cars. It is a reason to say that they are rare, not that they are exclusive.

The Chinese new-energy cars
Zeekr 9X: the biggest statement
The 9X is Zeekr’s flagship SUV, first shown at Auto Shanghai in 2025. It is more than 5.2 metres long (5,239 mm) and comes with a five-seat or a six-seat 2+2+2 layout. In its most powerful version Zeekr quotes about 1,381 hp, a 0–100 km/h time of 3.1 seconds and a top speed of 240 km/h. Your rental car may be a different version, so ask the manager for the exact specification. At 7,000,000 UZS per day it is the car to choose for a delegation, a wedding or an arrival that people will remember.
Zeekr 009: a lounge for six
The 009 is 5,209 mm long and has a 2+2+2 layout with six seats in the base version. Zeekr claims a 0–100 km/h time of 4.5 seconds, and a China-cycle range of 702 km or more depending on version (real driving range is lower). For group transfers where the guests should feel they are in a first-class cabin, this is a strong alternative to a minivan at 3,000,000 UZS per day.
Zeekr 001: speed and comfort
The 001 is a long, low electric hatchback. The top dual-motor version produces about 536 hp and, according to Zeekr, reaches 100 km/h in 3.8 seconds. It is the right choice if you want the electric experience in a car that looks different from the usual crossover. Price: 2,500,000 UZS per day.
Lixiang L9 Max and Lixiang L7: range-extender SUVs
Lixiang (Li Auto) uses a range-extender layout: a small petrol engine charges the battery, and the wheels are driven by electric motors. The L9 has six seats in three rows. The L7 is a five-seater with a system output of about 330 kW (443 hp) and a 5.3 second 0–100 km/h time. Both suit families who want space and a quiet ride, and both are cheaper per day than the Zeekr SUVs: 2,200,000 UZS for the L9 Max and 2,000,000 UZS for the L7.
Leapmotor C16: the practical one
The C16 is a 4,915 mm long crossover with a 2,825 mm wheelbase and, according to the manufacturer, up to six seats in a 2+2+2 layout. At 1,400,000 UZS per day it is the lowest-priced car on this list and a good way to try a modern Chinese electric crossover without paying premium prices.
The cars for emotion
Porsche 911 Targa 4 GTS
The Targa is the 911 with a fixed roll hoop and a roof section that opens, and the “4” means all-wheel drive. GTS is the sporty trim: the 992-generation GTS launched in 2021 with 480 PS (473 hp), and newer hybrid GTS versions are more powerful. At 18,000,000 UZS per day it is the most expensive car in our fleet and is mostly chosen for special days, photo shoots and short drives. Like all premium cars, it requires a minimum driver age of 25 and at least 3 years of driving experience.
Ford Mustang Cabriolet
An American convertible icon, rented for 2,000,000 UZS per day. October is a good month for an open car in Tashkent: about 21°C in the afternoon and low rainfall. Take a jacket for the evening, when the temperature drops towards 8°C.
Mercedes-Benz G-Class W464 G700
The G-Class is the car that people recognise from far away. It costs 8,000,000 UZS per day. Note the mileage rule: for the G-Class an extra kilometre over the 200 km daily limit costs 5,000 UZS, the highest rate in our fleet.
For comfort and groups
The Toyota Alphard (2,000,000 UZS per day) is a luxury minivan for VIP transfers, and the Kia Carnival High Limousine (1,800,000 UZS) offers a lounge-style cabin for groups. If you plan an electric trip in the city, see also the Tesla Model Y (1,500,000 UZS) and the BYD Han (1,400,000 UZS).
What you pay for a week
For rentals of 6–20 days, Orient Rent Car gives a 10% discount, 15% for 21–29 days and 25% for 30 days and more. For example, the Zeekr 9X for 7 days is 49,000,000 UZS, and with the 10% discount it becomes 44,100,000 UZS. The Lixiang L9 Max for 7 days is 15,400,000 UZS and becomes 13,860,000 UZS.
Before you book a rare car
- Age and experience: 25 years and 3 years of driving experience for premium cars.
- Mileage: 200 km per day; extra kilometres are 3,000 UZS on most foreign cars and 5,000 UZS on the G-Class.
- Deposit: depends on the car and is returned within 7 working days after the return and inspection.
