1. Booking and Basic Terms
You can book a car via the orientrentcar.uz website by selecting your rental dates and a convenient pick-up location.
After submitting the request, a manager will contact you to confirm the booking and clarify the details.
The minimum rental period is 1 day.
There is no maximum rental period.
Yes, the rental period can be extended.
We recommend contacting the manager in advance to confirm the availability of an extension.
2. Driver Requirements
To rent a car, you need:
A passport
A valid driver’s license
At least 3 years of driving experience
Yes, the following age requirements apply:
From 22 years old — for standard class vehicles
From 25 years old — for premium class vehicles and minivans
3. Payment and Deposit
Yes, a deposit is required when renting a car.
The deposit amount depends on the vehicle brand and class.
The deposit is refunded within 7 business days after the vehicle is returned and its condition has been checked.
4. Vehicle Pick-up and Return
You can pick up and return the car at one of our offices in Tashkent:

Yes, we provide car delivery and return services at the airport.
Please check the details and conditions with the manager when booking.
Car delivery and return within Tashkent city are available at any location convenient for you.
The service cost is 100,000 UZS.
Yes, you may return the car earlier; however, the cost of unused rental days is non-refundable.
5. Pricing and Mileage
The rental price includes:
Use of the vehicle for the selected period
Technical support during the rental period
Paid separately:
Fuel
Traffic fines
Exceeding the mileage limit
Additional services (delivery, driver, etc.)
Yes, the mileage limit is 200 km per day.
If exceeded, the following additional charges apply:
Chevrolet vehicles — 2,000 UZS per 1 km
Foreign vehicles — 3,000 UZS per 1 km
Mercedes G-Class (G-Wagon) — 5,000 UZS per 1 km
6. Vehicle Usage
Yes, driving outside Tashkent is allowed.
Trips to mountain areas are permitted, while travel to other regions requires prior approval.
Individual conditions may apply for certain vehicles.
No, driving a rental car outside the Republic of Uzbekistan is strictly prohibited.
The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at the time of pick-up.
If the fuel level is lower, the difference will be paid by the renter.
No, smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
7. Return and Liability
Yes, the car can be returned to a different location by agreement with the manager.
Return conditions are discussed during booking.
All traffic fines are paid by the renter.
8. Insurance and Emergency Situations
In case of a traffic accident, you must immediately contact the company representatives.
Our staff will arrive at the scene and assist in resolving the situation.
At the moment, CASCO insurance is under development.
Please check insurance conditions with the manager when booking.
9. Additional Services
Yes, child seats are available upon prior request.
Please inform the manager about the need for a child seat when booking.
Yes, car rental with a driver is available:
Within Tashkent — from 300,000 UZS
Trips to regions — by agreement
Yes, car rental services are also available for legal entities.
