You can book a car through the orientrentcar.uz website by selecting the rental dates and a convenient pick-up location. After submitting the application, our manager will contact you to confirm the booking and clarify the details.

The minimum rental period is 1 day (24 hours). The maximum rental period is unlimited.

Yes, you can extend the rental period. We recommend contacting the manager in advance to confirm the possibility of extension.

Driver requirements

To rent a car, you will need:

Passport
Valid driver's license
Minimum 3 years of driving experience

Yes, the following age requirements apply:

From 22 years old — for Standard class cars
From 25 years old — for Premium class cars and Minivans

Payment and deposit

Yes, a security deposit is required when renting a car. The deposit amount depends on the make and class of the car.

The deposit is returned within 7 working days after returning the car and checking its condition.

Pick-up and return

You can pick up and return the car at our offices in Tashkent at:

39 Afrosiab St., Mirabad district
1 Iftikhor St., Yunusabad district

Yes, airport delivery and return services are available. Specify the detailed conditions with the manager when booking.

Car delivery and return to any address within Tashkent is possible. The service cost is 100,000 UZS.

Yes, you can return the car early, but the payment for unused days is not refunded.

Price and mileage

The rental price includes:

Use of the car during the selected period
Technical support for the entire rental period

Paid separately:

Fuel
Fines for traffic violations
Exceeding the mileage limit
Additional services (delivery, driver, etc.)

Yes, the daily mileage limit is 200 km. If the limit is exceeded, an additional fee is charged:

Chevrolet cars — 2,000 UZS per 1 km
Foreign cars — 3,000 UZS per 1 km
Mercedes G-Class (Gelik) — 5,000 UZS per 1 km

Using the car

Yes, traveling outside Tashkent is possible. Trips to mountainous areas are allowed, and travel to other regions is carried out by prior arrangement. Individual conditions may apply to some cars.

No, traveling outside the Republic of Uzbekistan in a rented car is strictly prohibited.

The car must be returned with the same fuel level as it was received. If there is a shortage of fuel, the difference is paid by the renter.

No, smoking inside the car is strictly prohibited.

Return and responsibility

Yes, returning the car to a different location is possible by agreement with the manager. Return conditions are specified during booking.

All fines related to traffic violations are paid by the renter.

Insurance and emergencies

In the event of a traffic accident, you must immediately contact the company's representatives. Our employees will go to the scene and help resolve the situation.

Currently, CASCO insurance conditions are under development. Check the insurance details with the manager when booking.

Additional services

Yes, a child seat is provided upon prior request. Be sure to inform the manager about this when booking.

Trips to the regions — by agreement
